- All returns must be pre‐authorized with a Return Materials Authorization (RMA)
- To receive an RMA, please contact CESCO customer support with the original Sales Order Number or Invoice Number and the reason for the return
- Returns on stock inventory will incur a restocking / handling charge as follows:
- Returns requested 30 days from invoice date 15%
- Returns requested 60 days from invoice date 20%
- Returns requested 90 days from invoice date 25%
- Returns for non‐stock products are subject to the manufacturers restock fee. If the manufacture does not charge CESCO a restock fee, CESCO’s restock fee will be applied.
- Return freight will be arranged by CESCO for returns due to our error
- Authorized returns along with the RMA form may be sent to:

- Special ordered products and products that are not returnable to the manufacturer will not be eligible for return.
