CESCO-Aqua Miser™ Ultra BOSS D-115
The Ultra BOSS D-115 is the “definition” of portable power! The D-115 is a rugged, self-contained, go-anywhere, do-anything, high-pressure water-jet system, requiring only a garden hose as a source of water. This mobile, trailer-mounted, high-pressure water-jetting system is capable of blasting pressures up to 40,000psi @ 3.0gpm. Resulting in less water to contain and dispose of as well as reducing back thrust and operator fatigue. The Ultra BOSS D-115 features our patented B.O.S.S.® abrasive injection system allowing virtually any abrasive media to be pressure fed into the high velocity water-jet stream, enabling a wide variety of blasting specifications to be met including preparing concrete, profiling new steel, obtaining a white metal finish, or degreasing and cleaning, to name a few. Typically only 1 to 3lbs/min. of media is required minimizing cleanup and waste. The D-1115 can use traditional abrasives for high strip rates, or water soluble abrasives for environmentally sensitive work and delicate blasting needs. Other features include a robust onboard 34cfm air compressor eliminating the need for an additional air source; in fact, the onboard air compressor can provide air to other equipment. The D-115 can even save money on repair and maintenance; with our pneumatic remote control system, the pump will engage only when the trigger is activated by the operator-this translates into less fuel being used, less wear and tear on the system, and eliminates the need for expensive unloaders, dump valves and tumble boxes.
The Aqua Miser™ Ultra BOSS D-115 high-pressure cleaning system has proven itself in a variety of industrial and commercial environments and other applications throughout the United States, including general plant maintenance, highway and bridge restoration and painting, power plants, aircraft maintenance and painting, military and reserve bases, municipal governments and the railroad industry.
Other components and features of the Aqua Miser™ Ultra BOSS D-115 include:
· Diesel Engine - John Deere 115 horsepower engine with a 2 year 2000 hour warranty. Other engine features include a 34cfm engine driven air compressor and an air-operated snap over center clutch (Pump is disengaged until a 5 volt electric trigger is activated).
· Pump - Ultra high pressure triplex plunger pump is designed for long life in harsh industrial environments. Constructed utilizing the highest quality aerospace materials this pump is designed for years of service. Ease of maintenance features include easily removed heads and cylinders with no special tools required.
· Controls & Instrumentation - PLC controlled (computer), utilizing a 10” color graphics display, pressure transmitters and field sensors. Operator can set the required operating pressure and other set points while the system automatically monitors and maintains all operations.
· Fuel Tank - 28 gallon capacity.
· Trailer - The Ultra BOSS D-115 high pressure cleaning system is mounted on a rubber torsion, two-axle, heavy duty, over-the-road trailer, featuring electric brakes, step fenders, DOT-approved electric brakes, brake lights and turn signals, lifting bail, pipe mount swivel jack stand and removable tongue.
· Water Tank - 50 gallon capacity, float-operated fill inlet tube with standard garden hose thread (GHT) fitting.
· Filtration System - 30” stainless steel housing loop filters, 25 micron primary, high capacity 30 micron tank fill filter and 5 micron absolute secondary.
· Abrasive Pot - Weatherproof cover, 3.5 cubic foot capacity, stainless steel fill strainer, meets ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) code.
· Weight and Dimensions - 7,700lbs, 91.5” high by 160” long by 85.5” wide.
